The Wells Fargo Team Member Portal Technology team manages one of the largest deployments of Microsoft SharePoint globally and a cutting edge Azure Service Fabric application. One of the primary service functions that we provide is to deliver and support the various Teamworks applications and its related services including the Teamworks home page, web content publishing, profile and content search, personal work spaces, and team sites. The Enterprise Marketing Technology team is part of the broader Enterprise Functions Technology CIO team within Wells Fargo Technology (WFT). We are currently seeking a Business Application Support Analyst to join our WFT team to manage technology change delivery and business as usual support through team members consisting of business partners and application systems engineers.
The BASA acts as a liaison between client area and technical organization by planning, conducting, and directing the analysis of complex business problems to be solved with automated systems. Analyzes business requirements, designs and writes functional specifications to design solutions. Prepares specifications for system changes. Verifies requirements by overseeing and participating in technical product quality control through the preparation and execution of test plans components, test data and test scripts. Leads the migration of applications to production. Develops new documentation, participates in the development of department technical procedures and designs user guides. As an escalation point for application support and troubleshooting, provides guidance and direction to less experienced staff in resolution of escalated issues and/or complex production, application or system problems. May lead smaller work efforts, including identification of tasks. Acts as an internal consultant within technology and business groups by using quality tools and process definition/improvement to re-engineer technical processes for greater efficiencies. Assures quality, security and compliance requirements are met for supported area and oversees updating and testing of the business continuation plan. Works with user groups to provide training, resolve questions, assess user needs, and recommend changes.
Other responsibilities include:
Coordinate/collaborate with portfolio stakeholders to ensure the technology portfolio remains in Policy Compliance with Wells Fargo Technology (WFT) Policies, Standards, and other strategic objectives.
Engage with Stakeholder Relations business partners and WFT Stakeholders to facilitate Product Management functions of the technology portfolio required for the Team Member Portal Technology function.
Work with Business Product Owner(s) and supporting Stakeholder(s) to facilitate the Technical Product Strategy roadmaps (rolling 18-month outlook) to support the Business/Product Strategy and WFT Policies and Programs.
Facilitate building out of the Product Development backlog(s) with portfolio stakeholders to support the business and technical Product Strategy; work with Product Owner to prioritize backlog(s).
Plan program (phases/releases) of work to support the Product Strategy.
Assist Scrum Master role for Product portfolio management.
Lead and facilitate ALM/SDLC artifacts with supporting stakeholders.
Manage Product Quality Control to ensure ongoing quality through development, maintenance, operational, and remediation lifecycles.

5+ years of business systems analysis experience, business systems design experience, or a combination of both
2+ years of change management experience
2+ years of project management methodology experience
3+ years of relationship management experience with business and technology partners
3+ years of SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) experience
2+ years of product management experience
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
A BS/BA degree or higher
2+ years of testing or quality assurance experience
Experience facilitating meetings with participants at various levels of experience in different lines of business
Project management experience
Knowledge and understanding of technology testing: creation of: FSDs, test scripts, test plans, and test execution
Other Desired Qualifications
