This position is contingent upon Contract Award.
This position will work directly with the government personnel in meeting the administrative needs of the project and its staff, and is covered under the Service Contract Act (SCA).
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Traditional administrative/clerical support roles, including but not limited to answering the telephone, typing/word processing of documents, maintaining calendars and setting up meetings, making travel arrangements, copying, faxing, greeting visitors, setting up files, tracking expenses, and coordinating building and equipment maintenance.
Completing work is with/without established procedures
Non-Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Education and Experience:
High school diploma/GED or equivalent
One (1) year of relevant experience
Verifiable experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Dictation is a plus
Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
Work in a support role supporting senior management and team
Make travel arrangements, expense reports, schedule meetings and maintain calendars
Establish and maintain effective working relationships across all organizational lines
Handle information of a highly sensitive and confidential nature
Prioritize and organize own work to meet agreed upon deadlines
Work with others as part of a team
