Job Title: Senior Analyst – Information Security, Identity and Access Management

This position works within The Hershey Company’s Information Security department and is based in Hershey, Pennsylvania. Full-time hours with occasional overtime are required, according to priorities and Change Release schedules.
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Identity Management. The senior analyst will be directly responsible for design, development, testing, maintenance, and documentation of high-quality software components.
Maintain the IDAM toolset, ensuring system and process health which enables the business through automated provisioning and deprovisioning activities.
Provide support within established SLA’s to customers reporting issues related to the IDAM toolset.
Enable the business through continuous improvement opportunities within the toolset.
Perform compliance reporting throughout the year per established schedules.
Assist the team with establishing roadmap strategies to further enable automated processes and reduce risk associated with user identities as part of life-cycle management.
Communication: Ability to convey information clearly and concisely to groups or individuals either verbally or in writing to ensure that they understand the information and the message. Ability to listen and respond appropriately to others.
Information Security Concepts: Solid understanding of CSS (formerly SANS) controls, related to IDAM accountabilities to minimize risk in Hershey’s environment pertaining to IDAM principles.
Technical Support: Ability to understand internal/external customer technologies and problem resolution techniques. Ability to communicate effectively with customers. Ability to listen to symptom descriptions; to analyze problems; to respond effectively and to provide constructive feedback to the client on problem resolution.
Accountability: Ability to be relied upon to ensure that work assignments within areas of responsibility are completed in a timely manner. Ability to monitor programs and/or activities and take corrective action when necessary. Ability to exercise independent judgment and work under minimal supervision.
Adaptability: Ability to maintain effectiveness when experiencing major changes in work tasks or the work environment. Ability to adjust effectively to work within new work structures, processes, requirements, or cultures.
Create, implement and maintain scripts to close automation gaps due to toolset limitations.
Create, implement and maintain integrations between toolset and up/down-stream systems, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
Develop functional and technical requirements.
Document functional and technical specifications and outcomes of toolset system and processes to establish knowledgebase for issue resolution.
Respond to and support customer issues according to established SLA’s for resolution.
Process requests for change within established SLA’s associated with the creation of AD and LDAP groups and maintain the Catalog of entitlements in the IDAM toolset, including SAP entitlements and entitlements for disconnected resources.
Implement access policies and RBAC capabilities that will enable the business through birthright entitlements according to HR data attributes.
Create, implement and maintain connected and disconnected resources as required to centralize one-stop-shopping for users that require access to applications across Hershey’s footprint.
Manage IDAM data at the database layer through SQL tools and commands.
BA/BS Degree in Computer Science, Information Security or related field of study.
5+ years required of combined IT and security work experience with a broad exposure to infrastructure/network and multi-platform environments.
3+ years of experience or training in IAM systems security fundamentals design, implementation, and troubleshooting all computer platforms.
Expert understanding of identity technologies and integration of applications within a distributed environment.
Experience and understanding of IAM concepts and best practices, such as Identity Lifecycle, Roles, RBAC, Segregations of Duty, workflow development, privileged access, and others.
Expert understanding of risk and compliance frameworks.
Ability to evaluate risk and communicate it in a fact-based manner.
Installation, configuration and tuning of application/web servers.
Knowledge of XML/WSDL/XSD/JQuery.
Experience in REST protocols.
Experience in Service Oriented Architecture.
Development of use cases/test cases, participation in SIT/UAT testing.
Strong negotiation and people skills required.
Excellent conceptual, organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills required.
High level of attention to detail and accuracy required.
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely (both written and verbal, presentation and interpersonal skills) to effectively communicate in the English language required.
Experience with the implementation of IAM solutions, both cloud-based and on premise.
Experience to function as business analyst and hands-on development experience a MUST.
Familiarity with the standards for SSO technologies such as SAML2 and OAuth2 preferred.
Experience with user provisioning, system authorization, PKI, MFA, AAA solutions, and password vaulting systems and services.
