This position will be responsible for operational trend analysis and reporting, as well as creating standardized documentation and process flows that support the implementation of projects and activities related to network growth and continuous improvement across the Radial Supply Chain. The ideal candidate will be technically adept in navigating spreadsheets with large quantities of data and using the results of that detailed analysis to inform recommendations to our partners across the organization.
Duties and Responsibilities include:
Partner with SCS Process Improvement Director to complete trend analysis and data deep dives, that support expense reduction initiatives and projects.
Perform root cause analysis and assist with the change management process by transforming that data into clear recommendations that help to streamline process flow across the entire organization, with specific emphasis on supply chain initiatives.
Providing operational support including analyzing efficiencies, helping to create and document operational standards and driving continuous improvement efforts within the Supply Chain Services business.
Respond to direct requests from Supply Chain, Fulfillment Technology and other functional departments with timely and accurate information.
Support external partnerships with vendors, contractors and clients, as appropriate.
Develop necessary insights and recommendations for key decisions within the Supply Chain, and related departments.
Partner with fulfillment partners to perform exploratory data analysis, hypothesis testing and analysis to support process improvement recommendations.
Responsible for tracking and reconciling change management activities implemented with cross-functional business partners.
Serve as the Supply Chain Services SME in partnering with the FF Tech team during the PIP process to define business rules for new client and renewal setups, and/or service level configuration changes.
Special projects, as needed and assigned.
Required Skills & Experience:
Experience with a broad range of system technology tools that support the e-commerce landscape: WMS, TMS, WCS, OMS etc.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Strong-communication and presentation skills. Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with internal and external partners and teams.
Demonstrated high-level analytical and problem-solving skills.
Self-starter mindset; Able to work independently to deliver results.
