Island Creek Associates, a local professional services firm focused on Government customers, is seeking an Analyst Technical Directive Coordinator/Maintenance Controller for a position in Jacksonville, NC.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Apply analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives.
Analyze requirements, status, budget and schedules.
Perform management, technical, or business case analyses.
Participate as a member of and/or supports the specified program or project team.
Collect, complete, organize and interpret data relating to aircraft acquisition and product programs.
Track program/project status and schedules.
Apply government- instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management.
Proven ability to manage timelines and deliverables, provide project updates, and meet project deadlines.
At least four (4) years of experience in management, technical or business analysis disciplines.
Demonstrated experience in analyzing program/project status and providing documentation to support project/program.
Desired Experience: At least two (2) years of the four (4) years of demonstrated experience in support of a major acquisition program.
Aviation Maintenance Controller Experience:
Preferred V-22 experience
Preferred CDI/CDQ/QAR experience
Preferred Logs and Records experience
Proficient with Naval Aviation Logistics Command Management Information System (NALCOMIS) Optimized Organization Maintenance Activity (OOMA)
In-depth working knowledge of Configuration Management (CM) and Auto Log Set (ALS) procedures and baseline management.
Proficient with the Technical Directive Reporting System (TDRS) Program.
Supports contract/military maintenance actions in order to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance discrepancies.
Controls the daily workload and assigns workpriorities
Prepare the monthly maintenance plan (MMP) Ensure compliance with the planned maintenance system (PMS), related instructions, and publications
Review NALCOMIS and maintenance data reports (MDRs) to ensure effective use of manpower and materials
Maintain aircraft logs and records, associated equipment records, and weight and balance records
Maintain electronic aircraft discrepancy books (ADBs)
Coordinates with MALS, Aviation Supply, Class Desk, and PMA activities for the scheduling of contractor Depot Level Mods and Technical Directive incorporation to trainers.
Education: AS or AA degree.
Allowable Substitution: An additional two (2) years of experience can be substituted for an AS or AA degree.
