The position of Supervisory Human Resources Specialist (Information Systems) falls within the 0201 occupational series. To qualify for this position at grade GS-14, you must meet Time-in-Grade requirements by 11:59 pm EST on 07/01/2020. In addition to meeting the Time-in-Grade, you must also possess the one year of specialized experience required to perform the duties of the position.Specialized experience is described as experience that equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities (KSA’s) to perform successfully the duties of the position, and that is typically in or related to the position to be filled. To be creditable, specialized experience must have been equivalent to at least the next lower grade level. Specialized experience for this position includes experience leading implementation and delivery of enterprise applications and managing technology platforms; leading major project human resource or information technology projects utilizing the enterprise project lifecycle; carrying out major projects concerned with the analysis and evaluation of programs for organizational effectiveness; experience developing and implementing present and future technology and functional human resource requirements in accordance with the needs of Human Resources programs.
