Job: TALENT ACQUISITION SOURCING SPECIALIST

Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and the specific requirements for each open position
Utilize a variety of sourcing platforms and campaigns to contact and screen candidates, identify a diverse and qualified talent pool, and sell career opportunities available at FGMC
Support the Talent Acquisition team in daily tasks and provide general recruiting and onboarding information to hiring managers as needed
Ensure processes are completed within established deadlines and escalate complex issues or questions when needed
Proactively build and maintain pipeline talent by skill sets to meet future talent needs
Initiate requisition approval processes and post approved requisitions to job boards and social media
Act as a Recruiter for assigned area(s) by working directly with hiring managers and recruiting, screening, interviewing, and extending job offers to candidates
Collaborate with recruiters and the Talent Acquisition team to develop and implement creative recruiting campaigns and other sourcing strategies
Research industry trends and best practices to ensure alignment with FGMC’s processes
Serve as assistant administrator for the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and provide HRIS systems administration support related to onboarding as needed
Perform other duties as assigned
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to problem-solve and develop effective and constructive solutions to challenges and obstacles
Ability to interface with other departments to resolve issues as applicable
Ability to maintain a customer focus and efficiently and consistently produce accurate work in both individual and team settings
Strong attention to detail
Ability to effectively organize, coordinate, and monitor multiple projects and tasks to meet established deadlines
Solid knowledge of computer systems including MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
High school diploma or GED
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
1-3 years of experience within the staffing, human resources, or recruiting industry
Proficient with social media and internet portal searches
Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Experience in building sourcing strategies and working with hiring managers
