The Office Manager position is responsible for all business related activities including payroll processing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, personnel files, DMV processing, supervising office related work and staff, maintaining compliance with all regulatory standards and communicating with corporate support departments on all appropriate matters. The Office Manager will work with and report directly to our Financial Operations Manager.
Process all payroll associated with company business in a timely manner bi-monthly.
Keep staff records up-to-date.
Maintains proper processing of DMV.
Maintains all proper documentation of all vehicles.
Oversees Accounts Payables and Accounts Receivable Desk.
Work closely with the Financial Operations Manager and CPA in proper coding of vehicles, invoices and maintaining up-to-date schedules.
High School Diploma or equivalent required. Associate or Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred.
Must have proven management experience and ability to manage staff of 7.
Two years bookkeeping experience.
Two years accounting software experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, accounting, timekeeping, and payroll systems preferred
