The Senior HR Business Manager will be responsible for overseeing HR activities at multiple plants and will report to the Corporate Director, Human Resources Americas while partnering closely with the site(s) General Manager.
The Senior Human Resources Manager is both a strategic and hands-on role that provides full cycle Human Resources support to our manufacturing sites.
The role is critical in executing our people initiatives, providing great internal customer support, and driving HR functional excellence and process improvement.
This role will work through our Centers’ of Excellence to provide local site feedback on corporate pilot programs and will support corporate roll outs.
Provide consultation and support to managers with implementing and carrying out HR policies and practices, employee development, performance management, and other employee relations issues, including performance counseling, discipline and termination, workforce planning, risk management and employment law implications.
Partner with Corporate HR to champion, execute and monitor the effectiveness of corporate programs and initiatives.
Leads implementation of HR initiatives and ensures appropriate change management is in place.

Strong business and operational acumen to effectively partner with senior business leaders.
In depth understanding of California labor laws.
Education and Experience:
Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
Minimum 9 year’s experience in an HR management role
Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Excellent knowledge of systems (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Google applications, etc)
Ability to negotiate and influence within a collaborative framework
Demonstrated initiative to analyze and resolve problems quickly, efficiently and collaboratively
Business maturity, diverse experience in others areas of the business recommended
