Location: Orlando, FL, US
Hiring for administrative professionals around the South Orlando area. Starting pay is from $12-$14 per hour based on experience. This is a Monday – Friday opportunity with a flexible 8am-5pm schedule.
1 year of experience doing administrative and clerical work as well as customer service
Candidates will be responsible for mostly clerical tasks, but will need to be organized, be able to pay attention to detail and will need to have good computer skills. You will be responsible for tasks such as filing, faxing and scanning documents and orders. You will be communicating with customers and clients via phone and emails.
Starting pay is between $12-$14 per hour and is a 40 hour work week
The schedule is Monday through Friday 8am-5pm
This person will be responsible for mostly clerical tasks, but will need to be organized, be able to pay attention to detail and will need to have good computer skills. They will have some interaction with our customers, but that will not be their main objective.
Daily responsibilities – purchasing and processing window orders, they go through the plans, this is what the order should look like – they will get a file and they need to match the job number, model number, and basic count of all the materials, matching the orders and placing the order. After that they will be writing the orders, the placing of them is where there is 0 room for error, writing them you want to be accurate but if someone makes a different it won’t be the end of the world.
