Salesforce

Salesforce offers a cloud-based business software service that helps companies manage their sales, marketing, and application programming projects. They topped the global list of best workplaces at www.greatplacetowork.com. It also made it onto the LinkedIn top companies list and Glassdoor’s Best Places to Work rankings, at number 15.

This company refers to it 30 000 strong workforce as its “ohana”, which means family in Hawaiian. It gives its employees warm feelings of care, giving back to the community, and teamwork, as well as being dynamic and innovative.

Adobe

Adobe is a software company best known for PDFs and Photoshop, along with it’s other creative and design programs. This is another massive global player in software development, best known for Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office. As the owner of LinkedIn, it is excluded from their list of top companies. It does, however, rank on Glassdoor’s 2018 best places to work.

NVIDIA is a technology company that designs graphics processing units for the gaming market. It has made it to the Fortune 40 Best Workplaces in Tech list, as well as being at 24 on the Glassdoor 2018 Best Places to Work list.

Dropbox provides cloud storage solutions to individuals and businesses. It now positions itself as a tool for creativity and innovation, as it continues to refresh and reinvent itself to grow its market share in the business world. It has over 500 million customers and $1 billion in annual revenue. LinkedIn has it placed at number 32 on its Top Companies 2018 list.

Fortune also has it on their Fortune 40 Best Workplaces in Tech and quotes one employee as saying: “Dropbox really empowers people to drive impact and innovate irrespective of role, level or seniority.
